From the news: Only 20% of Providers Offer Card-On-File Patient Collections

A recent study conducted by HIMSS Analytics showed that patients are leaning toward more electronic collection methods as their preferred way to pay, and the most favored method for medical bills $200 or less was credit card-on-file (CCOF).
